HISTORY The exact year and location for the birth of Natasha Romanova is unknown, as is who her parents were. It has been rumored that Natasha was somehow related to the last ruling czars of Russia, but this rumor was never proven. There are varying accounts of Romanova's early life. One account states that in 1928, there was a fire in Stalingrad which burned down the building that infant Natasha and her mother were living in. According to the account, just before dying in the fire, Natasha's mother threw her out the window to a Russian soldier below. The story goes that the soldier's name was Ivan Petrovitch, and that he watched over Natasha for her entire life, remaining by her side as her "foster father"[..]

IN GAME PERSONA Natalie Grey had asperations. They were grand technicolor dreams that perfumed the daily life that she was forced into by her foster father, she danced. She danced while her head ached, while her toes were broken, while her hair broke from stress. In the big colorful parades in her head, she was in charge. Beautiful gowns, shoes and jeweles with gorgeous people sashaying down a skinny, well-lit catwalk. She would live in Paris and she would be happy.

That is so very seldom how things tend to work out.

Natalie's father worked her hard because he'd always worked harder, seeing in her generational grace and resplendance. She would be the crown jewel of The New York City Ballet, and she would have everything that he never managed.
But as time wore on, and she advanced, it quickly became apparent to her father that her heart was not in dance. Not the way he prayed for - after she'd gone to collage, it was noted that she'd snuck into design and art courses. Working on getting her Bachelor's in fine art to sneak off into the midnight away from the gruiling trials of ballet when her father wasn't looking.

Where that genuinly feels like a lifetime away, now Natalie is the art director for the Barton Meusium in West View, happy and wistful for the minds of the works that she keeps track and tabs on.

She's nice, but there's a shell (isn't there always?). Wistful and romantic to herself, Natalie likes to collect vinyl records and imagine all of the things that never were. Her favoirte Princess is Cinderella, though there will always be a special place in her heart for The Little Mermaid. She likes a good bajo solo, can sort of kind of play the cello and loves too much sugar in her coffee.


ABILITIES Artificially Extended Life: Natalia has received a Russian serum that extends her life and youth, resulting in her maintaining the appearance of a woman in her early 30's despite being born in 1928. This includes; Peak Human Strength, Peak Human Speed, Peak Human Peak Human Agility, Peak Human Reflexes, Peak Human Senses, Peak Mental Resistance and Peak Human Immune System.

Master Acrobat; She is an Olympic class athlete, gymnast, acrobat and aerialist capable of numerous complex maneuvers and feats.

Master Assassin; Natalia is heavily skilled in assassination techniques. She uses her skills as a martial artist, arcobat, and spy to further enhance her skills as an assassin. She has been sent by S.H.I.E.L.D. and the KGB to eliminate numerous enemies. Her assassnation skills are on par (if not surpassing) those of the Winter Soldier, Deadpool, Domino, and Elektra.

Master Markswoman; Natalia is an extremely accurate marksman skilled in sharpshooting and knife throwing.

Multilingual; She is fluent in Russian, English, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, and various other languages.

Gifted Intellect; She possesses the ability to quickly process multiple information streams (e.g., threat assessment) and rapidly respond to changing tactical situations.

Graceful Dancer; Natalia is a profound ballet dancer.

Expert Tactician; She is a very effective strategist, tactician, and field commander. She has lead the Avengers and even S.H.I.E.L.D. on one occasion.

Talented Hacker Natalia can hack into all computer systems without tripping any firewalls or security with ease.

Master Seductress; She is an expert in the field of seduction. Natalia has been infamously known to bend many different men to her will and sometimes even get them to do her bidding for her. She sometimes continues deceiving certain men through means of acting if she still has a further use for them.
